International delivery
We ship to other countries by Ukrposhta, DHL, UPS.
International delivery is not as fast as domestic delivery. Depending on the type/cost of delivery, the delivery time can be from 7 to 60 days.
The practice of international delivery involves full payment of the cost of the goods and payment of the cost of delivery. We provide all the necessary payment details after determining the preliminary weight and dimensions of the order.
Before sending, we will take photos and videos of the products we are sending you to avoid any misunderstandings.
We assume any risk of loss or damage to the parcel during delivery. We undertake an unconditional obligation to refund the money paid or replace the damaged parcel at our own expense.
Delivery in Ukraine
A few simple rules that we use when delivering our products:
- fastest possible delivery
- delivery fee only once
- the real cost of delivery
As you know, we produce all the products you buy on our website or Instagram ourselves. As a rule, most of the products are already ready and we ship on the day of the order. If available in stock, orders confirmed before 17.00 are guaranteed to go to you on the day of order.
In Ukraine, we ship by Nova Poshta, which allows us to deliver your order in 1-2 days.
Payment for the order can be made by Visa or Mastercard, or you can pay upon receipt.
For orders that are out of stock and need to be sewn, we usually sew simple products up to 5 working days and more complex ones up to 10 working days.
You pay for delivery only once! In case of replacement, exchange, return, delivery is carried out at our expense.
You pay the real cost of delivery at the rates of Nova Poshta! We will make sure that the real volumetric weight of the parcel is indicated during the registration. All packaging is done by us and you do not pay extra for any packaging materials. You pay only for the delivery.

In Kyiv, you can also pick up your orders in our workshop.
The address of the workshop is 3 Oleksandr Dovzhenko St. (Polygraphknyha). We work from 8.30 to 17.00 (but the owners of the workshop work around the clock, you can arrange for 18.00).
Important!
Please agree on the time of your visit 2-3 hours in advance. Preliminary orders will be guaranteed to be given to you during working hours by the workshop staff. Unfortunately, we are not able to work in the store or showroom mode, so to come and choose something on the spot, you need to make an appointment at a specific time. We are constantly traveling somewhere.
